Shipping Information

We use the shipping solutions of Deutsche Post and DHL to send our products. The appropriate shipping option is automatically selected based on the weight and volume of the ordered products, and the shipping costs are displayed in your shopping cart.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us, including a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your package.

The goods are shipped from Germany. For orders outside the EU, import duties may apply, which you are responsible for paying.

Note for NFT Holders

No shipping costs are charged for holders of an M&J NFT. If you own an M&J NFT, you can verify and store your wallet address in your customer account. If a corresponding NFT is detected, no shipping costs will be charged to you.
